How to use the product: mix two teaspoons with juice, water or add to the fruit smoothie! Fiber is also perfect as an addition to the pastries, muesli or oatmeal. You should start with 2 teaspoons (around 5 g) daily and gradually increase by adapting to the individual needs of your body.
